I had rather start low and move up the rankings, than start high and move down. In years past we have been ranked only to lose to, say UF, and lose the ranking. I think they are gun shy on our rankings. I love to prove the polsters wrong.

Agreed.. ranked, but not too high is ideal.. fly under the radar .. it is probably why SC and UGA had the games of their lives lol

That QB of theirs is good. He's going to be hell next year I'm afraid. With the soft ACC schedule and the decline of Clemson they could be up there next year. Gotta play LSU in Tampa early I think. If they win that it sets up well for them after.

I think it’s fair, I’d have guessed 15. It’s certainly not too high of a ranking, gives us plenty of room to move up.

Doesn’t bother me either, but Clemson ranked where they are ? I am more excited about the defensive improvement since the debacle in Columbia . Trashed Vandy, then pimp slapped Clemson . Hopefully take some pressure of offense as it evolves
With Milton or Iamaleava . I’m very optimistic barring injuries

I think that point is veryuch true... Late losses are hard to overcome. Right or wrong it is how the votes come out.

I've seen several of these polls. This one has us ranked the lowest. I take very little stock in what one dude from the "action network" ( whatever that is) says.

They're called Way too Early Rankings for a reason. These kinds of pre season forecasts rarely age well.
