Unless Indiana reaches deep into their pockets, some SEC school is going to steal their coach.
They have the money and he’s been quoted as saying money isn’t a thing for him and his wife and his wife loves it in Bloomington and as long as he feels supported by the admin he’s fine to stay there.

Of course…that can be all coach speak idk. Just throwing it out there

Deboer said similar last year and I believe that would have held for any job opening other than Bama.

For a town in the state of Indiana, Bloomington is the garden of Eden.

He should be able to hold out for a very big time gig if he keeps winning like this (big if). I certainly wouldn’t be jumping ship to a program like Auburn or UK if I were him.

I believe he’s 62 so I doubt he signs with IU for 3-4 years and then after leaves to do a rebuild. A lot points to the fact IMO he’ll stay at IU, but if he does leave it’s gotta be really soon like now or next year. Clock is ticking unless he’s planning to coach to 75 years of age lmao 🤣

And yes Bloomington is gorgeous. The campus is very cool with the old limestone buildings, the town is nice sized, it’s got a lot of hot chicks, great bars, it’s quaint but it’s quick to Indy that has more bigger stuff to do. And southern Indiana has some beautiful terrain. It ain’t the Smokey mountains but it ain’t all corn fields either.

Anybody that watched Penn St offense knows they are so one dimensional it is truly ridiculous. They wouldn’t finish 500 in the SEC. Why they didn’t give it to number 44 at least once on the goaline blunders is beyond me. GBO
