I'm curious what people think about "vote by mail" on a national and or local basis.

Oregon where I live first tested vote by mail in 1981 and made it permanent in 1987. So we've been using it for 37 years.

Honestly, it seems kind of weird that the rest of the country doesn't use vote by mail. It works very well, it's efficient, cost effective, accurate and results happen quickly.

Not like Democrats need more help stuffing ballot boxes...

A whole thread on numerous fraudulent voting. If 50 people were dead, but I had all their voting Mail cards including mine, I could vote 51 times. If you have voter ID, you can only vote once.
Post Your Voter Fraud Evidence Here
Wait you guys just got through screeching about Russia and memes changing the vote but you are ok with votes by mail ? 😂
Why should someone not have to show an ID to vote.

I asked for evidence of mail in voting being rife with fraud, and I've been shown none.

Moved to the PNW a couple of elections ago. It is weird now seeing footage of people standing in huge lines and crowds to vote.

I like that I can take my time and really study every candidate and proposal and then just fill out my ballot instead of having to memorize a bunch of names just to forget.

Are you suggesting that without voter ID laws that there isn't fraud?
By this logic I should not have to present ID to do anything like by a gun?

old and minority voters can't possibly be expected to obtain a free ID but they absolutely can figure out secure vote by mail instructions...

It's prey easy all you have to do is sign the form. There are extremely helpful people that will fill out the rest for you. They will also drop it off for you.

And in Florida in 2000, they can figure out bingo and lotto but not ballots, iirc.

So your silence says that you agree that without voter ID there is potential for fraud? And don't tell me what the president said my question is to you. I am aware of the Presidents position

Nope, most recent study says voter ID doesn't really decrease voter fraud because there is little to no fraud going on anyway. In fact, it doesn't do much of anything one way or the other (doesn't greatly decrease voter turnout either).

Then why are we constantly told about voter ID suppressing the vote

Then it should be no big deal just to show an ID like we do with everything else .. Right ?
