War in Ukraine

That much hasn’t flowed there… yet… it’s committed funds for replenishment of US equipment and tbd aid down the road. I think we’ve spent $10B thus far? But it’s still entirely too much money and we need to clamp the faucet off. Europe should be ponying up the majority of money but all they gotta do is drag their feet long enough for us to get impatient and jump in. Because Europe knows there is no chance in hell we will pass up just spending money to destroy Russia.

Wait. Europe pay? No, never. The dims in this board bashed Trump for demanding that nato pay more costs. No, we should and will waste the majority of the money.

CNN Europe:

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Friday expressed his gratitude to US President Joe Biden following news that the United States would give an additional $775 million in military assistance to Ukraine through his presidential drawdown authority.

Some context: With this latest package, the Biden administration has now committed more than $10 billion in security assistance to Ukraine. This is the 19th package the US Department of Defense has provided Ukraine since August 2021.

The package includes equipment such as howitzers, ammunition, armor and drones.

Here's what the package includes, according to the official who spoke to reporters on background:
  • Additional ammunition for the high mobility artillery rocket system (HIMARS) that it provided to Kyiv earlier
  • 16 howitzers and ammunition
  • 1,000 Javelins
  • Mine-clearing equipment
  • 15 ScanEagle drones to assist with targeting reconnaissance for Ukraine’s artillery
  • 40 mine-resistant ambush-protected vehicles (MRAPs) that will allow the Ukrainians to move through mined areas
  • High-Speed Anti-Radiation Missiles (HARMs) for Ukraine to target Russian radars
  • 1,500 tube-launched optically-tracked wire-guided missiles (TOW missiles) to target Russian armor
  • Additional Humvees
  • Tactical secure communication systems
  • Demolition munitions
  • Night vision devices
  • Thermal imagery systems
  • Optics and laser rangefinders

I’m shocked they chose to replace the McFlurry machines due supposedly to patent concerns. I’d instead guess every damn one of them is broken based on how crappy they are here and they can’t get tech support anymore.

Hand crank ice cream makers would work better than Mcdonald machines

Himars have been shi***** all over the Russians. Why you think your boys are dragging out 60 year old tanks? 😂
Russias military is a laughingstock at this point.

First it was the Javelins, then the Switchblade, then the howitzers...now its Himars. Whatever the current weapon the media is fawning over, you guys start barking like trained seals. Grow up.

I know it hurts you to see your guys getting slaughtered by superior western weapons and technology. I love it though, let’s keep on stacking them Russian corpses 👍

Ukraine has been decimated thus far. Our weapons have been a total failure in this type of war.

In your make believe world, sure. In reality, western weapons are superior and are killing many poorly trained Russian “soldiers” and destroying lots of outdated, poorly maintained Russian equipment. Maybe those prehistoric tanks will do the trick for you guys lol…

Don't forget about the Ghost of Kyiv and the pictures of the supposed obese general. And the Ukrainians were supposed to push back the Russians months ago. Guess they've implemented this new military strategy where they advance backwards while the Russians retreat forward.
