Well, your first article is from 2014. Russia probably could have taken Kiev in 2 weeks back in 2014. They basically walked in and took Crimea.

Looking at estimating casualties, Russia/Allies have lost around 18-24k. Ukraine has lost around 80-100k.

Some speculate that the US doesnt want Ukraine to settle for peace before the mid-terms, as it would give this bumbling Administration yet another black eye. I think that is very probable because there is no reason to keep dragging this on. The outcome has been inevitable from the start.

Contrary to Monty's low IQ babbling, Ukraine isnt shaping the battlefield around Kherson but Russia continues to shape the battlefield in Donbas with more key areas on the verge of being encircled yet again. It's the same thing over and over. Wash, rinse, repeat. Russia is very good at what they do and they are now doing it against what has become over time more and more lowly trained Ukrainian replacements.

Of course you would. You have to assume that or your small Baghdad Bob brain would explode from trying to reconcile the fact that their armor has gotten blown to hell and their “reserves” are hot garbage Larry.

Oh is that what they’re doing? “Slowly rolling” because the battle lines seem pretty damn static for a 3 day war that’s going into 6+ months Larry.

And why are all those Russians running out of Crimea like rats leaving a sinking ship?
