War in Ukraine

Others are reporting the number may be more ....

Russias most advanced/modern helicopter and it doesn't even have combat effective electronic warfare.

And to bust the bottoms of our local Russian trolls, the Apache, which is 22 years older, beats this Russian POS in almost every category.

Fun fact - Russia has less than 100 of these left after their disastrous Ukraine campaign.

The US has over 800 Apache's. lol.

Hearing $15 million a piece, so $60 million shot down in one day.

"Big corporations profiting more"....just when I think you can't sound any more like the left, you up the ante.

Explain how "the average" anyone is going to profit more than/as much as "big corporations"? While doing it, recall the post that started your random thoughts; that it is Ukrainian land owned by Ukrainian people, communally owned, and Ukrainian government. In 2024, companies will be able to buy Ukrainian farmland.

Ukrainian companies, that is.
So you're trying to say wealth for the average Ukrainian farmer has increased? Can you share your sources?

The first reply was a yes, you simply didn't understand it, and it's not my obligation to color in the lines for you.

Again, I've replied ad nauseum to the narrative that Ukraine is a puppet regime of the U.S.; read them. And even if it were true, that is the business of UKRAINE. It was Yank tanking the trade agreement with the EU (and jailing a political opponent, former PM - remember that next time you blather about Z banning a pro-Russ party in time of war) that put 100s/1000s of feet on the street in protest and his leaving his post that spelled his downfall, not the jackass McCain and Nuland handing out cookies.

If any of the Russian republics or oblasts wish to leave the Russian federation, I support their attempt at independence; and it would be a Russian matter that other countries should not interfere in. See the intellectual continuity?

Then why did you have a problem with U.S. investment in Ukraine when I pointed out the false meme of Monsanto owning 20% of Uk farmland? Or perhaps, why don't you have a problem with the U.S. investing in a 'fascist' country? These are the illogical knots you guys tie yourself into because you overreach in your exuberance.
Yanukovych was democratically elected and if Ukraine chose to do business with both Russia and the West then that is their business. Remember you said it is Ukraine's business how they want to run their country. So what excuse did we have to get involved other than protecting the interests of certain politicians and elitists?

So you have supported the independence of Donetsk and Luhansk all this time? And you support the independence movements of Transnistria, Abkhazia and South Ossetia as well?

Why don't you have an issue with the wealth of the Ukraine actually going into the hands of the Ukrainian people? Do you care about Ukrainian oligarchs and American corporations like Cargill more than you do the average Ukrainian farmer?

And yes I do have a problem with the U.S. sending weapons to a fascist regime. However, some of your pals in here sure as heck don't. They have been bragging about it and cheering for it this whole time. Maybe you can start being more critical of the armchair generals in here who cheer for the death of Russians and wishing for their population to live in the dark ages.

That's 5 questions for you to answer by the way.

What a time to be alive, watching VN posters go to the mat for a totalitarian regime. Shows their "principles" were never really about principles at all. They only care about power.

I'm looking forward to some random cat boi furry launching the missile that ends Putin and his stupidity that is infiltrating the West.

WTF are you talking about? They are not a soverign country right now under 3elensky. They are clearly a puppet regime being handled by Washington and London. Any illusion of Ukrainian soverignty really ende in February 2014, not February 2022.

Hasn't Zelensky been reelected twice since then? You have an irrational hate for Ukraine, get help.

Also, is it supposed to be a slight that you spell his name with a 3?

Yeah I believe only around 115-120 were ever made and from what Ive seen via video/pictures during putins 3 day special misadventure they are definitely below 100. But assuming they had over 100 operational is pretty far fetched now that we have seen how piss poor their military and equipment is.

A couple of things here for those continuing to salivate back and forth over the daily operations. You would think it was sports.

Putin has always had an interest in unifying old USSR, but this whole thing started with years of democrat rhetoric taunting and disrespecting Russia outright. It's odd they don't do that to China who has spied and taken untold amounts of intellectual property from us over the years. They also meddle in the elections.

Second, this whole drip drip drip of aid is hurting our economy especially when these morons are not offsetting the spending with cuts and fiscal responsibility domestically. Russia has done their job if we allow this Ukraine/Russia war to deplete our strategic stockpiles, etc and weaken us. The Biden Administration d@mn show ain't going to get our military back up to snuff. That ain't their priority, it's DEI.

Last, Ukraine is Eastern Europe. This is in France, Germany, etc region. Why don't they commit more? Answer, it's because they are only going to go in the hole so much when they have their own economic struggles right now - oh by the way is partially due to Covid shutdowns and the Chinese. They'll just continue to let the nimrods over here pass out more barely vetted handouts.

I think we should help Ukraine, but I also think this entire process needs more oversight. These decisions seem to be just rammed through. And the drip, drip, drip seems it will hurt us than a more effective plan that also entails peace talks.

Where is all this money going?

Or watching VN posters drive-by posting nonsense. I'm looking forward to the collapse and the liquidation of the people that are so uninteresting all they can do is drive-by post nonsense. They have no other redeeming qualities that I can see.

I'm not the one supporting a totalitarian regime indiscriminately bombing cities to make a point.

STFU. In no metric have wages kept pace with corporate efficiencies or inflation for that matter. You are simply a bold faced liar.

And no, I do not want American soldiers dying in foreign wars you idiot. I'm always on the side of America living up to its founding documents and not getting involved in foreign entanglements. It would please me more if we used the same resources to build our own domestic economy and infrastructure rather than spending the last 30 years bombing the sh^t out of 3rd world countries and rebuilding them. Like I said, you are a clown. You eat up everything this corrupt govt and news media tells your dumb azz. You have your biases carried over from the Cold War and now assume Soviets = Russians... or maybe you just have a hatred for Slavs (along with other undesirables).

What in the hell are you actually talking about? Wait, you don't know, that's right. You called me a liar when you are the one just spewing things that you know nothing about. I'll go ahead and give you a pass because it is possible that you misread what I typed. I have watched some peoples salaries almost double at the places I am talking about. The minimum raise over the last 9 years has been about 65 percent. Yes, this can actually happen believe it or not.

I can actually agree with couple of sentences in your last paragraph, but you seem to really admire our adversaries ALOT. Anyways, I like you a lot more outside of this thread and will probably quit responding to you here in the Ukraine war thread. Peace.

And it is a pretty simple question as well. Am I not allowed to have an opinion or participate in a thread?

Of course you can, but you are avoiding the question by replying with a question. So, what's your answer?

(for the record, the original statement wasn't about you, however, I guess its possible someone can infer it or its implied.... maybe)
