Leave Seymour Hersch out of it for a moment. You have Joe Biden saying 8 months earlier that one way or another that the pipelines would be stopped, you have that Sikorski guy tweeting a thank you America tweet after news of the pipelines being bombed is announced (he has since removed that tweet to my understanding), and Victoria Nuland gleefully calling the pipelines hunks of metal at the bottom of the sea in front of a congressional hearing.

Why on earth do you think someone like Sikorski would be informed about something like this?

And the pipelines had already been stopped. There was no reason to blow them up. The reasoning is remarkably weak.

what? The Russians have absolutely been pouring in reinforcements too. They are having to constantly rotate out their units, and Wagner is consistently bringing up more bodies.

THis is why you are impossible to take seriously, you always take it to Nth degree instead of being reasonable with your refutes. Your statement here makes it seem like the Russians have been sitting around Bakhmut for 6 months, taking no losses, just because they enjoy it. And that is despite clear video evidence of Russian's dying around the city.
