You're making a pretty huge leap from seeing a picture of a Mexican cartel member with an AT4, considering how many counties in Latin America have the AT4 in their arsenal, and the fact that cartels have been known to have them for years.

The Russians have always used interesting means to remove "impediments". There once was a Tsar named Ivan who roasted some on a spit and sautéed others in huge frying pans. if it was real that yellow band would be a lot more narrow than it is. supposedly that thing wouldn't even be able to fire a live round. so congrats to the Ruskies for falling for yet another fake piece of news.

Something seems off about that description. The strip looks yellow and not gold, and considering lighting conditions gold and yellow can be mistaken - making that not a good enough contrast for safety purposes. I thought light blue was the accepted designation for training ammunition and weapons loaded with training ammunition. I'd defer to GV or hog on that because they have been military a lot more recently than me.

Unlike oil, which is easily transported by ocean tanker, gas moves most efficiently and economically through fixed pipelines.

Compressing gas is expensive and technologically demanding.
