Probably the best analysis of what's happening with the Ukrainian offensive that's been presented. Nothing really surprising - just a very solid "this is what, and this is why clearly and concisely written". Even the critical analysis of Ukrainian command is what you'd expect of any country that had not planned to wage war on anybody or expected to have one forced on them.
A Sobering Analysis Of Ukraine's Counteroffensive From The Front
Transnistria, South Ossetia, Azhbakia, Crimea, Donbas.Where are you getting this nonsense about Russia wanting to rebuild the Soviet Union?
serious question for you. Would you prefer death or slavery? especially if that slavery is dictated by a third party?Another gamechanger...
US buying decommissioned Hawk missiles from Taiwan for Ukraine – media
1. Why are they sending Hawk missile systems instead of Patriots? This is a 60+ year old system.
2. Why are they sending decommissioned weapons system?
3. Will 100 of these make a difference on an 1100 km front?
It's obvious that the US doesn't just hate Russians, but they hate Ukrainians if they are sending them into this offensive with no air support in flat steppe saturated with mines and a 60+ year old weapons system. The most wicked thing they could do by throwing away these lives instead of having Ukraine go to the negotiating table.
the Russians are bringing out equally old systems. they have been using t55s for months. The "republics" troops are armed with fricking Mosin Nagants, its not like Russia is arming their "allies" with the world's best equipment. If that is the case, then why were they not brought out before now?
Again, we are scraping the bottom of the barrel giving them obsolete equipment that you and I both know will be like handing someone a knife going into a gun fight.

Not very shocking either. They are struggling to use their new toys in the fashion that they were meant to be used by who designed them. We’ve all speculated at similar situations on the front. Large scale combined arms fighting is hard. We’ve trained on it for decades and equipped our military accordingly to be able to execute it.Not very encouraging.

That isn’t what was said at all hog. They are trained and competent that was in fact stated. They are not experienced and are getting a crash course in that now. They have untrained and incompetent leadership which will eventually lead to a breakdown in moral so they better figure it out quickly.
Motivated and dedicated men can take a lot but even the most highly motivated man will eventually lose faith after seeing his buddies lives get wasted with no progress.

Jeez. Weak sauce. You obviously have reading comprehension problems or your blind support for Ukraine is clouding your judgement. The article clearly (in polite terms) states that the Ukrainian Sr command is incapable of fighting a combined arms battle, so that means either they are incompetent or untrained. If you can't do something even though you have the tools to do it there are only 2 reasons why.
