you would just rather they die in Russian slavery, rather than on the battlefield. What is the survival rate of those sent to Siberia? What is the survival rate of Ukrainians under Russian control? Even if you want to ignore the USSR, Russian control of the area still resulted in millions of dead. The only life saving on your part is FOR Russia, not for Ukraine, your end goal is transparent and its not to save Ukraine. and those same lives and more could be saved by Russia returning to its original borders.

Ukraine giving up in this war would just open themselves up to more Russian invasions later, they will be even weaker than they are, and it will also make them more dependent on western support, which you claim to be wholly against. but the only solution you parrot requires what you claim to be against. again your end goal is transparent, and its not save Ukrainians.

Ukraine lost ~10 million from the invasion itself. even if you believe they have lost 500k on the battlefield that is only 5% what they have lost to Russia. Getting back their land and their people is their only viable solution going forward to remain independent, from either side. Giving up insures servitude to one side or the other.

lol. Coast Guard ice breakers and they only have two.

Want to know why we only have two? Because we don't need to have them to get equipment from point A to point B.

The US can respond with its military anywhere in the world in 18 hours. Something Russia and China can't do.

The NATO argument has always made zero sense to me because if Russia had annexed Ukraine, its new neighbors would pretty much all be NATO countries.
