War in Ukraine

Was that before it after they invaded liked and it chased off those that didn't want them there?

You can't be serious thinking a vote held at gunpoint in an invaded country after chasing off most of the inhabitants is anywhere near reflective of the will of the people can you? Is this really your position?

The vote wasnt held at gunpoint.

Russian propaganda, predictably, claims people overwhelmingly “voted” to join Russia. Even if there were some genuine supporters, this does not give the process any legal value. Moreover, Ukrainians I spoke to paint a very different picture. Alexey Koshel, the head of Ukraine’s Committee of Voters, described to me how poll workers carried ballots door-to-door accompanied by armed soldiers: “Imagine … [f]our armed men walk into your flat. You have to vote to join Russia, at gunpoint. If you refuse or vote ‘no’, you’ll be doing it right in front of them, they can see what you put on the ballot.”

Well, three million Germans didn't have a very good day in Russia.
How many of those were Mother Nature’s kills? Thank goodness Hitler was a moron and popped Barbarossa. And Stalin was more than happy to provide bullet sponges for the German troops.

Yep, if Hitler doesn't invade Russia, the national language in France would be German.

The weather and Hitler’s errors contributed more to France’s defeat than anything. Plus we were shipping them boatloads of supplies.
The weather, over extended supply lines and Russia willing to sacrifice soldiers by the hundreds of thousands. Speaking of supplies have you ever read about PQ convoy 17?

30k shells/month... enough to last Ukraine ~5 days

General Dynamics' New 155-Millimeter Shell Factory Opens As War Cycle Kicks Into Higher Gear

General Dynamics' new 155-millimeter artillery shell factory in Mesquite, Texas, is set to produce 30,000 shells per month, according to a New York Times report. This will provide crucial support to the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the first and second lines and bring the US Army closer to its 100,000 shell target goal by 2025. However, this goal remains far behind Russia's current 155mm shell production capacity of 250,000 rounds per month.

Good thing we also have plants in Scantron PA, Wilkes Barre PA, and Des Moines Iowa making 155 mm shells for them then, isn't it?

It will probably take the West a few years to match the current production of Russia in shells. Some of this can be made up in drones but the issue is, Russia continues to expand production as well.

The issue is or will be... how the Ukraine is going to produce the meat for the grinder? They need to come up with 10s of thousands of people in vans per month. If they want a trained force they probably need 30-40k per month so that people can be trained. You're looking at a 3-5 times the amount of shells, and no real counter to the FABs and most likely less trained meat.

Also, the Russians can produce them at 20-25% of the cost of the western shells.

I'm still searching for the plan.

How many the spec ops that wrecked Wagner do you think were gay?

Ohhhhh man, good times! US forces curb stomped the pathetic Russians. I mean, really I suppose Russians are just accustomed to getting their butts kicked. But, damn, the Russian military is truly just sad.

“To make it short, we’ve had our ****ing asses kicked,” one Wagner Group veteran reportedly says in a recording. “Yeah so, one squadron ****ing lost 200 people immediately … Another one lost 10 people, and I don’t know about the third squadron, but it got torn up pretty badly too … They tore us to pieces.”

Lol! Founded by Poles. First occupied by Nazi Germany. Then occupied by your Soviet Orc buddies after WW2, and now part of Poland. Or are you saying since the bald dwarf is getting the Soviet band back together it’s time for orc occupation 2.0?

And once again I thought I was on ignore? 🤡
