War in Ukraine

It's the exact opposite.

This is by design...

The less involved it looks like that the US is, the better.
In truth they are heavily involved.

Yes, I hear the admin saying that but the question is 'why'? If you say you're leading the effort in the background, it's not as though Putin doesn't have ears, or has to be told by media the U.S. is behind it. Perhaps they're not leading. Or - typical of the left - think the U.S. stature should be diminished and flagellated for our 'whiteness, neocolonialism, or some other sin because we're a constitutional republic they no longer care for.

Maybe in another dimension I'm a Ukrainian farmer towing Russian armor for "personal farm use".

Could be a "swords into plowshares" moment. You could drag plows and other farm implements with a tank. Put a blade on the front and use if as a bulldozer. And make a real statement when you need to tell somebody to get off your property.

Russian MBTs have a small integral dozer blade that flips down from the front bottom hull

Ukrainian forces surrendered Kherson to prevent civilian casualties. Supposedly they also just received more TB2 drones but not sure I believe that.

I’m a bit confused on Ukranians Air Force and how they can receive MIG’s and not get destroyed. Are they landing their Air Force throughout the country on roads hiding them? At this point I just don’t see how Ukraine has a working airport.

we just have to get an adult in office. That is what a democracy is. we can vote them out at any time. No harm, no foul. You have to vote or you don't get a say:
That's not necessarily true. You still have a say regardless of whether you vote or not. We have the right not to vote in this country. I chose not to vote in 2012 because the choice of candidates that election were garbage. 2012 is also about the time I really woke up when it came to politics in this country.

I also strongly regret my vote for McCain in 2008. Didn't realize then what kind of man he really was back then.

We also had 3 uniparty candidates as opposition from 2004 to 2012. Kerry, McCain, and Romney. All 3 of those guys have been and were meddling in the affairs of Ukraine and Russia since at least 2013. Maybe even longer than that. They didn't need to be elected president to remain powerful.

They've been heavily involved since they were sending Victoria Nuland and John McCain to meddle in their affairs since about 2013/2014.

APFSDS rounds over 35 years old were found in the captured T-80BVM.

That isn't an old T-80... it's the most modern variant. Not even 10 years old.

Read on Reddit:

"Soviet and Warsaw Pact tanks were issued a mixture of new and older types of ammunition, so that the commander could save "the good stuff" for the best armored enemies (i.e. Challenger 1, Leopard 2 and M1A1) while using the outdated rounds against Chieftains, Leopard 1s and M60s. There is a reason why the battle sight of the T-72B1 has range adjustments noted for six different types of APFSDS ammo.

The Russian Army seemingly follows this tradition - photographs of upgraded T-72s and even some T-90s with a combat load consisting of mixed old and new ammunition have been floating around the internet for years (apparently during live fire training sometimes proper APFSDS rounds are used rather than training ammo). The [ammo selector in the Sprut-SD light tank allows to select one of eight different APFSDS rounds](https://i-com.cdn.gaijin.net/monthl...(52).png.59f4b4876a30149e89a0f0fae758e12f.png)."

They're not saying anything like that. That would defeat the point of them leading from behind?

And oh my goodness enough with "Left vs Right" bs. It has jack to do with that...
Obama's administration were far more aggressive militarily in ACTUAL presentation than any other President the past 30 years. Yet, people swear Trump and Bush were war mongers.

This isn't some popularity contest. United States has been the most ruthless government in power for quite some time now. We only care about winning.

Former Trump National Security Advisor John Bolton has weighed in ....

John Bolton says Trump wouldn't have stood in Putin's way if a Russian invasion of Ukraine had happened during his term

John Bolton: Not accurate to say 'Trump's behavior somehow deterred the Russians'

Trump ‘barley knew where Ukraine was’: John Bolton pushes back on Newsmax host

I realize that most of you will just disparage Bolton, and dismiss what he says off-hand... but he was in a position to have observed firsthand, that which he is talking about.
