Yep, and it’s much more exciting to watch tooI love Barnes, I really do. He’s a great person and a great coach. But sometimes I think he is a little too reluctant to change things, (his reluctance to play a zone at times when a team is killing us in the paint but can’t make an outside shot befuddles me). But IMO there’s no way he can go back to trying to play through the post guys after what KJ and JS displayed tonight. They are freshman, and they’re gonna have spells still where they don’t make the best decisions and have TO’s, but I’d rather let them work through that stuff now and keep getting better and better. And learn how to run our offense off these two.
Can you back.up.my uneducated post with stats? Did you watch tonight? Your boy had 3 points. I brought my thoughts to a discussion board.
Bailey plays better with Springer and Johnsons style, in my opinion.
In case your wondering he is second on the team behind Johnson with 29 turnovers and 1.8 per game.
Education!
Lol. We’re probably at least 15-2 if Pearl had been coaching these freshmen and letting them play vs. Barnes boring 1/2 court offense he’s been forcing them to run
We can agree to disagree. I just don't believe he gives us our best chance to win. Off the bench, fantastic. Not an SEC starter. Just my uneducated opinion.Check out the TOs per 40 minutes and get back to us. Do a little assist:turnover ratio research while you’re at it.
Also, he has had the ball in his hands more than anybody. It’s hard to have a TO if you’re not handling the ball.
