We’ve found our offense..

^^^ this is a dumb take. The Chronic Barnes Bashers refuse to acknowledge that CRB has brought the 2 freshman along perfectly.
Lol. We’re probably at least 15-2 if Pearl had been coaching these freshmen and letting them play vs. Barnes boring 1/2 court offense he’s been forcing them to run

I love Barnes, I really do. He’s a great person and a great coach. But sometimes I think he is a little too reluctant to change things, (his reluctance to play a zone at times when a team is killing us in the paint but can’t make an outside shot befuddles me). But IMO there’s no way he can go back to trying to play through the post guys after what KJ and JS displayed tonight. They are freshman, and they’re gonna have spells still where they don’t make the best decisions and have TO’s, but I’d rather let them work through that stuff now and keep getting better and better. And learn how to run our offense off these two.
Yep, and it’s much more exciting to watch too

It would be better if we get this version (or close to it) of the freshmen plus a normal version of Fulky and Yves. Then we're unstoppable. I think the key is just getting out and running, clearly half-court offense isn't our forte.

Yo
That’s ridiculous, he’s had a few meh games in a row but let’s not act like he’s Steven Pearl out there (I’m messing, but he’s averaging 11 per game for a reason)
u have no clue, know little about basketball, or don’t watch fulkerson.

I really hope Springer and Johnson stay next year.

Them along with Chandler would be so much fun to watch.
It would be a blast, but I would put either's odds to come back at like 15%, much less both of them. At this point I just hope Keon falls to the Grizz

Can you back.up.my uneducated post with stats? Did you watch tonight? Your boy had 3 points. I brought my thoughts to a discussion board.

Bailey plays better with Springer and Johnsons style, in my opinion.

Yes. That theory was proven wrong already on this board.

I’ll let YOU look it up.

In case your wondering he is second on the team behind Johnson with 29 turnovers and 1.8 per game.

Education!

Check out the TOs per 40 minutes and get back to us. Do a little assist:turnover ratio research while you’re at it.

Also, he has had the ball in his hands more than anybody. It’s hard to have a TO if you’re not handling the ball.

I loved the way Keon was zoned in today. Both freshman were able to easily make it to the bucket all night. The high tempo definitely plays to both of their strengths. And I'd much rather play towards their strengths than others. We've already allowed our guards to shoot enough sub par 20% games from 3 and have had enough games where we fail to get anything going inside.

We've forced the halfcourt offense. But for this team, high tempo works well.

Ky doesn’t play zone. Other teams do. Let’s solve the zone offense issue before things go crazy.

This would seem to invalidate the idea that Barnes is “forcing them to run” a boring half court offense. In fact it shows he’s been pushing them to play like they did tonight

We can agree to disagree. I just don't believe he gives us our best chance to win. Off the bench, fantastic. Not an SEC starter. Just my uneducated opinion.
