How many yards did they give up in the first half? The second half basically had the entire bench emptied on defense and gave everyone playing time. We are so far ahead of where anyone on this board (and be honest, you too) had any idea we would be at. Quit looking for reasons to wring your hands and gnash your teeth.

It has become harder to judge what is a good defense and what is not. For all of the accolades for Bama’s defense for instance, we gave up 2 more yards and 3 less points. With rules geared toward offensive production it looks like everyone has trouble stopping good offenses. No more 17-10, 21-14 scores it is all wide open

The run game is not something we have had a hard time stopping. It's the passing game.

Take a chill pill, we played second and third string the entire second half and they had all their starters in. Also no one excepted us to be undefeated at this time. At this point there is no need to try and pick the fly s#!+ out of the pepper. Just be happy where we are in such a short time.

Georgia will not be able score close to us. And offense is way better then last year. Georgia's worse this year then last and were better

They’ve had some improvement over the season imo. Coverage was much better in the Bama game even though statistically young had a great day

I wouldn't say coverage was much better in Bama game...Some plays were covered good whereas several plays had a defender within 5 yards and some plays with defenders within 10/15 yards...Backs coming out and camping along the sidelines are so open it's pathetic...Defenders will sometimes end up doubling a receiver while the other is wide open, or get turned around and lose the ball...I think that's coaching...You have possibility of 5 receivers on any given play, make sure you account for them and stay with them...

For the fans who are content with being "back" and being a relevant force in college football it's fine to just relax and "enjoy the ride" etc etc...and that's fine...but for those who want to win it all and won't be happy unless we do it's a tougher road to hoe and there are legit concerns. KY is not a joke...Carolina is all of a sudden tough...and of course there's Georgia. These are legit concerns not miserable fans. I'd say relax and enjoy the ride...but I understand being greedy and want to win it all...and to do that there are very real concerns on how we're gonna get that done. We played vanilla scheme that series. But yes, not enough talent and too many injuries.

Hopefully, with Hadden, Charles, and McCollough all back, we can play more like we did against LSU going forward. I wish Turnage hadn't been hurt on the first drive because I wanted him to get some reps to develop depth. He played pretty well when forced into action against Bama.

You know it's been a good season when we're reaching like this to find things to complain about. UT's weakness, before they lost pretty much all the starters was already the secondary.. I'd say you'll see most of them back next week. They starters aren't world beaters either..
