The fact that this guy isn't seeing the field at all given the struggles of the other receivers is beyond ridiculous. We need to actually rotate bodies at that position until we find some guys who can perform when the lights are on.

This team could have put up 40+ points if not for the numerous drops. They spend all year talking about how deep and talented they are then play the same four guys.

It damn sure wasn’t Nico tonight.
Brazelle, Nimrod dropped sure fire scoring plays. Kitselman got the ball jarred loose which was a pretty good throw. The worst pass of night Nico did get lucky that Georgia would have nabbed was the one the Kentucky defender dropped with no one around him for several yards so at least would have advanced the ball 10-15 yards had he caught it.

Brazzell gets a pass in my book. He’s been making plays. Not going to throw him in the dumps because he dropped a diving attempt after the ground dislodged the ball. He was focused just couldn’t hang on

Leave me out of the We. We’re 7 and 1 and I want who Coach wants out there.

Yeah he played at least a dozen snaps I would guess. Not many targets, just that one screen pass.

The only guy that is an issue is Nimrod, he's been dropping passes all year. I'd love to see Matthews (who has been mostly an outside guy) or Staley get a shot at that slot receiver. Squirrel is not going to be able to play that much the rest of the year with that shoulder injury.

Matthews got a decent amount of reps but no real opportunities. They went to him once but the defense was on top of him before he could do anything. They need to get better about giving guys a chance to make plays in games. If Cam Seldon isn't hurt then he will likely transfer, MM could be right behind him.

He was out there tonight and stopped on his route and failed to block down field. The m sure he had moments, but if I saw it. The coaches saw it.

There’s a reason he’s not out there regularly

I’m done with Nimrod, more drops than catches. Give those reps to Matthews.
Does Nimrod have that many drops because he’s good at getting open across the middle? Some other guys never seem to find that open space..

Brazzel dropped a beauty tonight.

So you want to play players cause your scared they will transfer. Sounds like most of the coaches on here.

Matthews is working hard. He is focused on getting better. He played tonight just 1 his way but his time will come.He missed one block but had one great block. He will break out eventually. GBO

No getting open across the middle is the job description. Credit for doing that.

He has that many drops because he doesn’t catch very good,, which by the way is also part of the job description.

You can’t be considered a good receiver if you don’t do both.
