I’m fine with that. Only thing that matters at this point is to win the next game. Being ranked higher now won’t help us if we lose a couple more games, at least as far as making the playoffs goes. A higher rank seems to carry more pressure.

If we drop for a close game, Alabubba should have dropped

Dropping Tennessee and keeping Alabama flat at #7 is comical. The Vols would absolutely wax Iowa State and Clemson.
Alabama has a win against the team that’s ranked fifth in this week's poll. That carries a lot of weight. The way Tennessee’s passing game is operating at the moment, they wouldn’t wax anyone outside of the dregs of college football.

We've played everyone on our schedule and beaten all but one. 2 were ranked when we played them.

Not arguing with you just stating it more truthfully.

And Iowa State has beaten no one, though I guess they get credit for the Iowa win that now doesn't look as good.

More than likely there are four teams who have a weak schedule (Iowa State, BYU, Pittsburg and Miami) that could end up with no losses. Clemson will either end up with 2 losses or 1 loss with a 1 loss Pitt team. These teams, just like Penn State and Oregon will bubble to the top just because of not having a loss.

Because of that both the ACC and Big 12, who are the two weaker conferences will probably get 2 maybe 3 teams in the playoffs - which the SEC teams are beating each other up.

I would not be surprised if the SEC only ends up with 2 teams making the top 12 - just because there are quite a few teams with favorable schedules in conferences that do not have the toughness from top to bottom.

Alabama loses to Vandy and then escapes a bad team at home, doesn't drop. Tennessee loses to Arky and escapes a bad team at home, drops three spots lmao

Make it make sense. I’m not even mad about our rank but come on
All the teams we beat are proving to be scrubs. Oklahoma got dominated. We haven’t beaten anyone this season. Honestly might not even be a top 20 team. Guess we find out this Saturday.
