I do agree that Ole Miss could beat both of them, but I mean Ole Miss lost to Kentucky at home and Kentucky went 1-7 in the SEC..... I mean.....

True. Yet even with the mistakes in the rankings, if they had just not given byes to two weak conference winners the event would have been far better. The way it is there are two awful games next week after the bust the first weekend has been,

And you would be "bitching" if it was UT instead of Bama and Ole Miss that got left out. I don't ever recall "whining" that 3-loss teams would make the playoff, my issue was always teams that played in schiit conferences being treated the same as teams going through the SEC meat grinder. If you have no problem with that and it's only about 'Bama hate' for you, then you're good and should just disregard this discussion.

If we lost 3 games I 100% would not, especially to a s*** team like Kentucky.
