What are the best RB trios at Tennessee and how can the current trio compare?

Not close. Might be top 10 all time in college ball.

I can’t think of a group better. A few years back Bama had two that were really good. Arky did too. UGA has had some good groups. But those 3 were amazing

As the title says, name the top running back trios in Tennessee history (we've had some good ones) and where can this group of Wright, Samson and Small rank if they reach their full potential.

That was #1 unless you go with the yr Stephens RSd and we had the Freshman who xferred to UO.

#2 was Garner, Stewart, Hayden

I get your point and in fact the way the current trio rotates, while good for the team, may limit their individual recognition. As I recall (always iffy) Lewis’s injury and his early departure for the NFL let the other guys shine.
