Yes for players on scholly elsewhere theyre not gonna come just for nIL money here when FSU, LSU, etc are offering scholly AND NIL money.I hear you. Do scholarship limits matter under NIL? Seems like the bigger issue there is recruiting visit limits.
I haven't heard that much time before. Of course, all surgeries are different .... but from having had a hernia repaired in 2013, I don't know why it would take more than a month to return to normal activities. It really wasn't that big a deal.According to Google, recovery from sport hernia surgery is between 6 and 12 weeks.
I give Coop less than 25% he comes back this week or next.
My guess is likely UTA&M.
CJH already said Mincey is back.
I doubt anyone had more negative recruiting to deal with last year than Heupel. He did a very good job of fending it off, and putting a quality class together for 2023.They’ve done a damn good job in both considering the 1) scholarship limits they’ve been under and 2) having the NCAA bowl ban hanging over them since they came in.
He hasn't had 3 years ... he has had two recruiting classes - with scholarship limitations. The REAL issue here is why, after THREE YEARS, this staff doesnt have a viable option at center???? Im losing faith in this entire staff more and more. There is ZERO excuse not to have a capable 2 deep going into year 3. Especially with the portal.
vs Alabama in 1999.Didn’t Raynoch Thompson have hernia surgery on a Monday and play five days later?
About right, but I see no reason to play Mays more than a few series just to knock some rust off if you play him at all. If we need Mays to beat UTSA, we're in piss poor shape. Mincy should play. If I'm calling the shot, Mays doesn't play except in an emergency situation. My vote 85% yes Cooper, 100% Gerald, based on nothing inside, just gut
