Does anyone have a good chili recipe? it's supposed to be cold this weekend, so I figured this would be a good time for a pot of it.

I buy a chili kit called Carroll Shelby and mix it with McCormick cause I use more meat than the kit calls for. I add fresh diced red onions, green pepper, kidney beans, and diced tomatoes. Everyone I've made it for really likes it. I use about 3 1/2 lbs of ground beef, and add the McCormick and salt to taste. Also two cans (15oz) of tomato sauce.
