Local place in Rochester Minnesota called Canadian honker. Had walleye, baked potato, and even potato soup. The coconut cake was good, but that walleye was delicious.

Burger and fries from Culver's. Doesn't sound like a big deal, but I have been unable to have red meat of any kind since March or maybe early April. The doc told me once I started the injections I should be able to lift my necessary diet restrictions. Injections started a month ago and this was my first red meat. I will have to wait until tomorrow to know if it was totally worth it or just an indulgence that cost me.

My husband has been under the weather with a summer cold this week, so I made comfort food - pot roast with carrots, mashed potatoes, corn on the cob and sourdough bread. Brownies with cool whip and strawberries for dessert.

Wow.....if that meal don't get him well....nothing will
