I could eat that every night adding onion to the blackeyed peas, and never get tired of it.

Last night my wife wanted shrimp & pasta so I made a sauce with Plugra butter, white wine, garlic, parsley, lemon, & little stock....very good.

Whoa! Boca! Last night my wife wanted me to make her pasta a olio with shrimp!!! For some unfathomable reason, I elected to finish the dish with a squeeze of fresh lemon (never done that before). She likey!

Nice...a little fresh squeeze of lemon makes it pop. Lemon zest, too.

We ate out tonight. A great chef in Sarasota just opened a restaurant across the street! It is very good. Tonight we had:

1. Spicy tuna roll from their sushi bar
2. Shrimp Rangoon which is tempura shrimp served over a dallop of cream cheese n sauces with an Asian slaw in the middle. DAMN!
3. House Smoked Reuben to go....YUM!
