That sounds amazing!Ever tried chicken stew in the crockpot? Potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, layer it in, top with the chicken breasts, and pour some chicken bouillon over it (I use Wylers). That's no fat. Can vary the vegetables to control your carbs if you want to do so. Serve over rice (South Carolina) or cornbread (Tennessee). Or neither if watching calories 🙄
