Looks awesome

Adobo chili marinated chicken and onions over black bean puree, with green beans.

Went to a restaurant that's across the street and shared an app with my wife. We had poutine with grilled bison filet, gorgonzola, asiago, grilled onions and mushroom sauce. Very interesting.

I live on the W. Coast of FL but not really. College sports in S. FL aren't really covered like they are in ET or any decent SEC school. They mainly cover the pro teams.

2 Green Onions
1 oz. Mayonnaise
2 tsp. Sriracha
4 oz. Slaw Mix
1½ Tbsp. Gochujang Red Pepper Paste
14 oz. Ground Pork
1 Tbsp. Chopped Ginger
2 fl. oz. Starport Garlic Sesame Sauce
Tortillas
Olive Oil
Salt

Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate. Combine mayonnaise and half the Sriracha in a small bowl. Taste, and add remaining Sriracha if desired.

Combine slaw mix, green portions of green onions (reserve a bit for garnish), 1 tsp. olive oil, and ¼ tsp. salt in a small mixing bowl.

Heat a large non-stick pan over high heat. Add 2 tsp. olive oil, gochujang, and ground pork to hot pan and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned all over, 3-5 minutes. Add white portions of green onions and ginger and cook, stirring constantly, until aromatic, 45-90 seconds. Add garlic sesame sauce to pan. Cook, stirring often, until sauce thickens and coats pork mixture, 1-2 minutes.

Plate it up!
