NY strip steak, steamed broccoli, and Biltmore Estate Blanc-de-Blanc Not-Champagne-Because-We-Can’t-Call-It-That-Since-We’re-in-NC-Not-in-the-Champagne-Region-of-France.

(Done with my summer class.)

Sounds like a classy meal! Hey,they could have brought that nice champagne possibly from France ha Me and the lady had a Chinese Buffet here in town called Ming Garden.

As for the not-Champagne, we bought it there (at Biltmore), so pretty sure that it’s local.

Well,it's an early dinner to Golden Corral. No power so no way to cook. Would like to eat a home cooked meal,but that's not happening anytime soon.

Edit:My mom and sister picked me up since they live nearby and went to IHOP instead. Golden Corral was packed. Our waitress went above and beyond knowing our neighborhood didn't have power,and didn't charge us for our drinks. Also,let me charge my phone while we were there.

I hope you get it back soon. Hot weather and power outages are a miserable combination
Got a text about 45 minutes ago telling me that our power is out and they hope to get it back on by 6:00 PM.
30 seconds later, got a text from Spectrum letting me know that there is a service outage until 5:00.
