What did you have for dinner II?

Nice!

Couldn't be easier to make. I know the ingredients off the top of my head just not the quantities.

-white sugar
-paprika
-Kame rice cooking wine(not rice vinegar)
-mayonaiase
-garlic powder
-butter

Am at football practice right now. Posting this so I'll(hopefully, lol) remember to send it when I get home.

Here ya go @JCHateSteve Original recipe was for like 4 times this much so I broke it down. Can play with the amount of garlic if it's too strong. Original recipe called for 1/2 Tsp garlic powder but it's a lil much for me.

Shrimp Sauce

- 1 cup mayo(seems called for Kraft but I use JFG)
- 3 Tbsp white sugar
- 1 Tbsp melted butter
- 1 Tbsp Kame rice wine(kinda hard to find but in the past I've gotten it at Ingles)
- 3/4 Tsp paprika
-3/8 Tsp garlic powder

Mix garlic powder with about 3 Tbsp of water to dissolve a bit. Blend all ingredients with whisp and let stand in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

I rarely make it 24 hours ahead of time and it tastes just fine but is a lil better the next day

If it's a lil thicker than I like i just add a bit of water to get the consistency I want. Definitely is a lot thicker after 24 hours.

Makes enough for my 5 with a bit left for the leftovers.

Try it out and let me know what ya think.

Awesome, thanks.

Finishing up our vacation to the Gulf Shores area. Took a fishing charter and caught a ton of Spanish and King Mackerel. 4 of the 25 pictured below. We fried them up for dinner.

Looks delicious 🤤 Right up my alley. As far as dinner... I had a Jimmy Dean sausage and egg biscuit, and some mini pancakes out of the freezer. Nothing fancy, but a Lasagna was in the oven and didn't turn out well.
