Appreciate you thinking of me. Mrs. HateSteve took me shopping today. My birthday was this week. Would have taken you up on it if I'd seen it sooner. But I didn't see your post until I was back in Kingsport.

Bucee's BBQ is passable. It's particularly good if you consider where you are buying it. I wouldn't go there just for it though. It was just convenient on the way back. I go there for snacks mostly. The jerky in particular. Also buy one of thier hoodies, they're awesome.

I love smoking ribs, and have gotten to where they're the best I've had. Wife and kids agree, they love them. My wife's nurse is coming tomorrow, and it's the be here all day thing. I try to always feed her good, because she drives over 2 hours one way. I grabbed some steak today, and almost grabbed ribs to put on the top rack of the grill to smoke while I did the steaks and we ate. I still might go get a rack in the morning.

*Ribeyes are for the nurse, it's not like I wanted to do it👀🤣
