Crispy baked chicken thighs, roasted summer squash, crowder peas, and spring mix salad with homemade mustard vinaigrette.
 
One of my favorite pastas to make - chicken and veggies in a sauce made with dry Italian dressing, white wine, cream cheese and golden mushroom soup.

You're an amazing cook. Time to take the canned soup out of your ingredient list. I promise there is nothing in a can that you can't do better.

Beef short ribs seared on iron then braised for six hours at low temp in seasoned bath of wine and beef stock, served with Tortiglioni finished in the stock and sprinkled with milled Gruyere cheese. The veggie was steamed broccoli tossed in lemon butter.
