Did something I saw on Facebook. Got some of those Hawaiian rolls and deli turkey, and roast beef. Split the rolls and put the meat on with cheese, and baked until the cheese was melted. Then put other stuff on it after I got it out of the oven, A1-tomatoes. Pretty dang good, and French fries.
*i did get me a Ribeye for hopefully tomorrow.
Last night had Filet Mignon and Lamb at Etch then onto the Ryman for a concert!
Was first time at Etch. Was decent but not the # 2 best in Nashville that Trip Advisor gives it. Would probably choose somewhere else if had to do it over again.
Tonight we are having Yukon gold potatoes, fried okra, corn, tomatoes, cucumbers and steak. Only thing we didn't pick from dad's garden in the last hour was the steak and it came from a family friend a couple weeks ago. I missed eating in TN
