What did you have for dinner?

Last night I made grilled chicken cordon bleu. Took a while chicken breast split into 4 pieces. I pounded them until about 1/4 inch thick. Sprinkled with John Henry Pecan & topped with Swiss & ham then rolled with bacon.

Served with homemade Johnny cakes, green beans, & Grainger Co. tomaters.
