Stopped at the produce stand and picked up green peppers, mushrooms, spinach, and tomatoes.

Started with onions and garlic in olive oil, then threw in sliced smoked pork sausage. Added the peppers and tomatoes, then the mushrooms. Little beef broth and red wine to bump up the sauce, then added some tomato paste. Throwing in the spinach at the last minute. Serving over whole wheat pasta.

Need a name for it.

Barnyard Garden Pasta

Pork tenderloin on the grill, turnip greens, and even though I'm low carbing, I had a small side of Mac and cheese. Still under my allowance of carbs. Winning!

Ribeyes. These are a lot thicker than I normally get, so I hope my method works still.

They're gorgeous. But way thicker than I normally cook. I'm not confident I can do them right.

I just bought some, and I get them thick like that. They're so good, I can't wait to grill them tomorrow.

Crockpot baby back ribs, stuffing, and green beans. I think these ribs are the best I've ever done. Soooooo good!
