I think he's a players coach and a great offensive mind. I also think he caught lightning in a bottle with Hooker and this roster/schedule this season. My questions will be how he handles staff members who aren't getting it done on the field and in recruiting. Too loyal or will he do the hard thing and make a change? My biggest question is how good is he and this staff at evaluations and development along with roster management. Can he find and develop the players we need to consistently contend in the east and challenge the likes of bama/uga on an annual basis? We won't have that answer until he's flipped this roster and filled it with his kids. I remain hopeful but guarded in that regard.
