What do you think this week rankings will be on Monday ?

Same. Like I said in another post, not a bad week to poop our pants at Vandy all things considered. Still #4 in Net.
Season ended today we'd be probably be a #1 seed. Just need to finish what we started.
Going to be extremely hard to do with how good the SEC is, tho. 2 seed is probably more realistic, but until the fat lady sings I'm hoping for that #1 spot.
Good points, I think if UT goes to Auburn and beats them on Saturday and finishes 1-3 in SEC, then a number 1 seed would be a real deal

Beat Mississippi State and almost beat #1 Auburn if not for the refs. Really shouldn't move at all but I'm sure Houston ( lucky b@stards tonight) probably jump us for sure.
Michigan State has a good shot to, too.

I'd say #8 come Monday because AP going to AP.

#8....figured. Need to beat Kentucky &Flordia this week and hope Mississippi State beats Bama.
If this happens we'll be #4, but probably have a very good case for #3. Probably wouldn't get it tho unless Iowa State loses to Arizona tonight
(which I believe could very well happen).
Michigan State shouldn't have a problem this week, but Houston has Texas Tech at home which could give them trouble.

The line was at 1.5 yesterday favoring Iowa State. I would say there’s a good chance they go down at Arizona. Think ESPN has this game tonight at 1030.

I'd take that bet. I'm curious to see what the line is on TN vs KY. Ordinarily I wouldn't be interested, but I won some this weekend on Eagles/Washington and KC/Bills.
I generally never bet a team I root for like Tennessee, but in the couple times I have, I've won. Almost want to bet it just for that reason lol

Edit: KY o/u148 (-115, -105), spread -8.5 TN
moneyline KY +320 TN -335

Lost to #12 KY but beat #5 Flordia. A lot of top 10 teams lost this week .
Probably should be in that #4 in reality, but it's AP so we probably back to #6. I don't see anyway Michigan State should be ahead of us this week, but if they were we'd be #7 at worst.

All things considered, I'll take that #6 spot.
Still right in the mix for a #1 seed.

Really hard to say with so many top 10 and top 25 teams taking losses this week. We probably end up somewhere in the 6-8 range

My guess

1. Aub
2. Duke
3. Ala
4. VOLS
5. Iowa St
6. Fla
7. Houston

Back at the 1 seed

OOPs, forgot about Mich St. May knock us out of #4

I will be very surprised if Vols will be jumping into the top 5 after going 1-1 this week. My guess is one above whatever Florida is so 6 or 7.

Houston jumps us for sure and Texas A & M has decent a chance. Purdue and Michigan State both lost this last week.
Iowa State possibly but probably not with just wins over UCF and Cincinnati.
I'd say we are #7 setting up a match-up with #6 Texas A&M this coming Saturday. Could be us #6 and them #7 because AP and liking to look at overall records.

We should be 6 or 7 but wouldn't be shocked to see them push Texas Tech and Iowa St over us and put us at 9

Guessing without looking at Kenpom and the other metrics is a bit silly. A road conference loss to a ranked opponent doesn’t equal a loss to an unranked team. Generally, a loss in the SEC shouldn’t equal a loss in weaker leagues. The AP doesn’t always view it that way but the metrics typically do.

Thst probably not happening. We have much better wins than Texas Tech and definitely better losses. Iowa State got a couple meh wins last week but that was coming off those 3 losses in a row. They probably aren't making any serious moves unless they beat Houston this Saturday. I mean they are at least a possibility, but I'd put it at a real low probability.

1. Auburn
2. Florida
3. Duke
4. Alabama
5. Houston
6. Texas A&M
7. Tennessee

This is what I would guess will happen.
Can't argue with it. Possibly us and A&M swapped because AP known to consider overall records when it is close, but I'd say you probably right. Maybe Bama at 3 and Duke at 4, too. Bcause like I said, AP will consider overall records.

In one way it may even be better if A&M goes to 6th and us to 7th. Kinda removes the added incentive for them in feeling (rightly or wrongly) that they got the shaft if we’re ranked ahead of them going into the game this weekend. I’ll be happy with 7th if that’s what we get, likely some opportunity left to move back up if we keep winning.
