What does everyone think about the UFO sightings

The two times I thought I might have saw a UAP (keeping up with terminology) was once on the beach in Alaska, that flew out over the bay in the middle of the night. I slept in a tent working as a "spit rat". There are a lot of helicopters that fly out tho, so I have to take that into consideration, but it was pretty fast, and in the middle of the night. It was also a solid red orb, and didn't blink. Still not sure what to think about it. The other was on NORRIS Lake. I was parked in a cove, and again I saw glowing red orbs flying across the sky. This time I asked those around me (about 6 others) what it was, and nobody had an answer. Best we could come up with was a satellite. It really struck us all tho.

As for the Bigfoot episode, well, I was a young man... playing in the woods in the late afternoon. I had a hidden fort back in the woods. I went to go find my fort, and stopped dead in my tracks when some kind of large, stringy, "man-creature" started peeking out from behind the pines at me. It spooked me so bad it stuck with me for life. I guess that's what started my adventure into the unknown.

You probably saw somebody wearing a ghillie suit.

Sorry, phone was almost dead and went into safe mode.

anyway, I have thought about that, and not beyond reason, but equally spooky.

Thing was he was quite big as I remember it, and he would step out, and kind of gently swing side to side. This was about 25-30 yards away I guess. Then he would step back behind a pine. Then he did it a second time. I was confused more than anything. Then he would step behind another pine. I was sure he was coming closer, so I just turned and ran all the way home.

based on what evidence?

No evidence. But as I stated, the odds are for it. We 100% know that "intelligent" life exists in the galaxy, so there's that evidence - the vastness of the galaxy would seem to lend itself to a virtual certainty there is more.

I think it's pretty arrogant to think that we were somehow special.

Crazy things in this world, missing 411 is proof of some weird happenings that go on.

arrogant? Hardly the word I would use, and I would argue that we are not all that intelligent - yes I know that is a different argument.

I disagree that simply due to the vastness of the galaxy (universe?) that in and of itself lends a virtual certainty that there is intelligent life elsewhere. There are many things right here on earth that are unique and that are/can not be duplicated even right here although the building blocks exist.

The odds are for it but I disagree that we classify. We are a pretty stupid species. Lol.

The problem with today's religious right is that they think they are the only life God created. You need humility, and humanity. You need Jesus to humble you as a Human. You are a speck of dust. A blink of the eye of God. He gave you all that you have as a gift, and then gave you the freedom to abuse that gift. This goes all the way back until extremism took over.

It's fun to play with but it's based on pure conjecture.

well, would you like to get into a drawn out discussion about quantum mechanics? wave particles, entropy, chaos theory? Basically I'll just say this. In modern science there are no exacts. There is no zero. I know, I know, some of you math whizes are out there playing with these things I'm throwing at you... GOOD. You are probably much better at math than I ever was.

Quatum Mechanics states there is only probabilities. You can get finer, and finer resolutions of probabilities... but never zero. The math is important because the better the math, the finer the resolution. The farther from zero you are, the larger the wave.

You mean the off the books space force? The one that you can't remember what you spend your day doing kinda like that Severance show on Apple Tv?

Do you really trust half of what is identified these days?
