That it is all about winning Championships. In everything the team does, they should be champions at doing it. Football, practice, school, family, community, even taking a pee. They should approach everything they do with the mentality of being the best at it.

Teaching them the proper way to pee is more in line with something Dooley would be teaching.

He seems to understand what it take to win unlike Dooley. It will still be tough to make it happen in the SEC but at least he has a clue of what it takes to be successful.
