What is CBJ feeding these recruits?

It's TENNESSEE! And lots of these kids are home grown. NTSports complex is by far better than anything in the south.As bad as I hate it... The music and the atmosphere that surrounds it sells. I love our band...other than winning football game's the band makes a perfect game day! But bring on the rap music if it brings in the studs!

1)Can't tell me mama goin' let her baby go off to play for some jerk who doesn't give a hoot about her baby and whether he will get an education. Players say CBJ sincerely cares about them as people and students outside the athletics dept. As a parent I can tell you that 2 if you aren't sincere the mother will sense it. It's woman's intuition. Gotta walk the walk
After Jason Croom finishes playing it might be interesting to 3 ask MZTERRY how she liked the way Jason was treated. Hopefully he has a great experience

1- hell to the no I wouldn't; which is why Croomster ended up at Ut in the first place

2- you're right a mom will sense a B*$hitter at the drop of a dime

3- I will tell you now and up until this point;
We all saw Croomster go down in UK; with all the events surrounding him the week following....... I personally witnessed 10 of the coaches... plus staff.... call and follow up with Croomster; multiple times.... not just the day of or next day... mind you they're in the middle of recruiting and being on the road.... many took time out to give him a ring. I appreciate that as a mom..... and i was there all week; wasn't like Croomster wasn't being looked after. lol :good!::eek:lol:

Knoxville is a special place. I haven't lived there for over seven years now but I miss it. There's a reason a lot of former players who aren't even from the area originally stick around if they don't go pro. There's something about it....

I agree with you 110%

there is really no place like Neyland.

Coaches don't have to recruit hard if they've gotten the player on campus especially during a game...... Neyland and fans speak loud and clear. I remember the first time our family visited during a game...... we were in AWEEEE! Neyland is the loudest stadium I had ever been in.

And for those of you who follow; you know that we were silent for a loooonnnggg time before the season ever started; so by the time football season actually came and luv the fans showed to Croomster was freaking amazing ; that was just the icing on the cake.

Knoxville is just the perfect college town. parents feel good about leaving their kids there. it's busy enough but not overwhelming; (too CITY)
