Unfortunately, I don't think we're beating them this year. Anything can happen, but we've not been great on the road, the O-line has had its struggles, and Milton is wildly inconsistent. Even if Bama is a bit "down" this year (by Saban standards), it's going to be a struggle.

The one bright spot is our D has been excellent the past few weeks. Ironically, we probably benefit from a grind-it-out, low-scoring game. Never thought I'd say that about a Heupel team, but our D and our run game are our strengths right now. And I don't have much confidence in Milton to hit downfield passes right now.

Hopefully Alabama sells out to stop the run and Milton and the WRs get the opportunity to make some miraculous plays. We will have to play an almost perfect game because you know the refs will be looking to throw flags on us all game long.

I had a great time in 95. Of course most of the knuckle draggers left by the 4th qt. Sat in another bammer section in 97. It got a little rough. The next 5 trips we made to Tuscaloosa we made sure we were in the Tennessee section.

Yep. Our road performance past two years worries me. And we are walking into an environment that will make the swamp look like an NAIA stadium.

I was thinking the same thing earlier. Saban can study that Tennessee notebook all he wants. Our offense is a totally different strategy this year. Planning for this year’s team with last year’s notes should not be that successful.

It’s The Third Saturday In October and you know they’re already talking.

-I’d love nothing more than to shut these idiots out, tall task, but please football gods.
