100% hope I'm wrong. But I think because they got humiliated last week they beat us like they did last year. Who knows what Georgia team will show up? If the team that beat Texas shows up, we're beat. If last weeks team shows up we have a legit shot.

It’s in Athens but if you get to Beck early that home crowd may turn against him. There’s some definite frustration in that team currently. We just need to score early and put pressure on them; beck will give you a few turnovers.
Beck drivin’ the Lambro playing like a dildo

My biggest worry is Nico might not be healthy for the game. Concussions can be unpredictable so we really don’t have a clue if he will be good to go. Need to avoid penalties. Most concerned about our offensive line. #11 on their defense is a menace to society.

Do we know for sure it was a concussion?

We're 8-1 and my stupid BVS won't allow me to think we'll win

That being said, I can still say that Heup is a stud and is our guy

UT had better be practicing offense with the speakers on 10+ while playing "Twisted Sister" and "Iron Maiden" at the same time.

Georgia is taking this one seriously. I hope we do too. It’s going to be the type of game that a penalty could flip the outcome.

It should be a close game. Compared to Ole Miss, their offense has been super most of the games, only having problems when the opponent's defense has been able to control the game. Their defense is better than it has been in years, but has, on occasion, given up more than 20 points. I believe our defense will be prepared to play well against Ga. and our offense will have to throw the ball on first down a few series to open up their defense. We win if we do not go in a shell on offense.

Well, I’m surprised they are being that complimentary. I’d like our chances a lot more if the game was in Knoxville

The team just has to deal with the amplified crowd noise , and hopefully our Defense makes some plays and quietens them down. Tennessee's receivers MUST catch the ball, Uga will likely be in single coverage to stop the run. I don't see Sampson getting his 150 this week, so the passing game must come through. With Nico nicked up, uga knows he isn't going to be a threat to run. This game will be decided by which Oline does the best job vs two good defenses. If we only had a Hyatt...... Let's see what happens, but I'm encouraged by their fans' concerns, since the fans usually have a feel for a game..... Maybe just maybe. Josh hasn't won 1 of these yet.....

Ya know, when there is one cocky kid that drives a Lamborghini while some of his teammates don't even HAVE a car, it can cause resentment.
Oh, his teammates have cars to drive. It may just be that they want a Lamborghini that is faster than a charger. He's had that Lamborghini quite sometime, and he hasn't gotten one speeding ticket. Carson Beck that he's too good to get a speeding ticket.

CJH meets the media today (it’s sometime between noon and 12:30 every Monday).

You can listen to see if he tap dances around Nico questions or addresses them honestly head on.
I’d bet on the former.
The first required weekly injury report will be released by UT and all other SEC teams on Wednesday night about 8:15.
They are then updated daily until a few hours before kickoff.

Don't really think they should knocking on Bobo though. H'es play called them through some brilliant seasons. If there's something wrong there it'd be on Beck. AS an outsider looking in and a Ga native to boot, I do not like that kid as a supposed leader of such a program. It was very good under Richt, and a whole different level under Smart. Beck's personality does not mesh. And since he was already locked in, Vandagriff bailed.

I do have reason to believe UGA will come back with a fury next year when Stockton gets his run at it. Provided they solve O-line and D-back issues in the portal this off-season.

I can see this being the game Kirby finally does what's best for the team and goes to Stockton to try and slavage this game. That kid is a baller waiting on his chance.

I need to do a check of our game nemesis... the backup qb coming in late
He was a mostly unknown outside of the state of GA coming out of HS cause he played 3A. And he is the real deal IMO. And prob much better leader material than Beck. If he gets a toes hold in this game, you may not see much of Beck the rest of their season.

Wow they are DOWN. Expected a little more bite than that from that bunch.
If Georgia wins they will be feeling good again. They are just like Tennessee fans after a loss. The sky is falling. Georgia is very good and they will be ready. I wished they had won last Saturday. When was the last time Georgia lost two games in a row. I would say it has been awhile.

-Something is off with this team. It feeds off its leader, the QB. Beck isn’t a leader in any form and has never displayed emotion other than laughing at Rashada trying to help him. The team looks it just doesn’t care. Maybe NIL is partly to blame, maybe coaches - but even when we had bad coaches they fought. This goes deeper. And I’m starting to wonder if Beck is a cancer in the locker room.

-Tennessee will beat us by double digits if this o-line doesn’t drastically improve by Saturday.

-I’ve personally heard that Bobo and Beck have beef with one another and this is why we suck.

-This feels a lot like 2008, started out #1 and started out with Mel Kipers #1 QB. We’ll beat UMass but I’m not real sure about surviving Tennessee and GA Tech.

-It makes you wonder ....is their pressure to keep Beck the starter BECAUSE of NIL?

-Tennessee’s d-line is going to clown us. Vols big.

-I only have hope because Tennessee doesn’t have a good passing offense. Plus at home finally.

-We should rebound and win this game, if we don’t, Kirby has got some real explaining to do.

-At home in a Must WIN situation with Kirby personally handling the leadership/motivation. It’s a playoff game, so do or die.

-It does not matter whether Nico plays or not. We made the OM back-up QB look like Pat Mahomes. Like he was playing 11 on 3…

-If we don’t win , Kirby will just credit TN and say what a great team they have like the robot he is sometimes.

-I’m not real sure how we’re going to be able to block their d-line, they’re pretty much a carbon copy of Ole Miss.

-This will truly be a line of scrimmage game, Tenn likes to run the ball and then has a very solid defense. Anytime you haven't given up more than 19 in a single game this season, your D is pretty good regardless of schedule. After getting 10 against probably the best DL we have faced all season, a lot of media are going to pick the Vols because their front is very good as well. We need to find our top 5 OL and stick with them, the rotating chairs at OL?? Just pick the top 5. If someone gets hurt, then you swap them out. Hopefully home field will pay off, it has been so long since our guys have played a home game.

-My heart say we beat the Vols. My mind says that Tennessee’s defense wreaks havoc and Nico looks like a Heisman candidate.

-I felt pretty good about this game after the Texas win. I felt like we really turned a corner, but then yesterday happened. Tennessee has a really well coached defense and they don’t have to be elite on offense to win. I’m worried more than ever about this matchup. I hope my worries is just something I ate.

-We’ve dominated this series over the past years, but we don’t have that kind of team this. Buckle up and expect an old fashioned Jefferson Pilot Sports SEC War on Saturday.

-I think Kirby has made a mistake of going for recruiting first coaches rather than development coaches and it’s finally catching up.

-I believe we’re experiencing a bit of a downfall because we don’t spend as much as other programs.

-This isn’t going be the type of game it was in 2022, Tennessee is going to come in here locked in and it’s going to be a knock down drag out that will have you in a frenzy.

-You cannot deny how good of a defense that Tennessee has. They have not allowed more than 20 points in a game all year, that worries me.

-We better pick a game plan and stick to it because if we don’t, Rocky Flop is gonna embarrass us in Sanford.

-We aren’t winning anymore big games with Bobo calling plays. Make other plans now.

-Tennessee really hasn’t excelled in the offensive department but they haven’t had to. We’re going to have to hit big gash plays to have a shot. I just don’t know if Beck has it in him.
They scared
