What Other Message Boards Are Saying (Kentucky Edition)

-UK knows the formula to win this game. Control the clock and limit possessions.

Please UK, "control the clock and limit possessions", Tennessee will control the score.

The way Tennessee plays makes these stats irrelevant, the score is the most important stat.
Didn't we drop 40 in like 15mins on them last year??

Yes, Tennessee lost in almost every category, T.O.P. 13:52 to 46:08. First downs, 17-35 and total yards 461 to 612.

Kentucky won just about every stat, except the important one, the score 45-42. Tennessee Wins!

Heck, if we win one more of those stat lines the score isn't even close.

Now this game was way too close for comfort and I would like to win some of the these stats like maybe yards but I will always take the score.

Go Vols!

I feel the same way. Ijs they did everything last year that they're saying they're gonna do this year at home and still took the L.

And this is why I don't understand a Kensucky fan. Are they better anywhere on their team this year? I would argue no. They're statistically worse on the offensive line. They're only hope is to control the clock. Well, we're better on the d line and they're worse on the o line. Plus it's a night game in Neyland. smdh

Huge hatred and jealousy by Kentucky fans

Going into the season, I wanted to beat Kentucky worse than any other team on the schedule. They built an imaginary dynasty on the back of JG throwing 10 pick 6 in a single half.

They are not a better team than the Vols
They are not more talented than the Vols
They are not better coached than the Vols.
The Wildcats and their fans have NEVER truly seen Neyland Stadium at its best because frankly they are not a rival and for decades have served as filler at the end of our front-loaded schedule
We're better at both lines
We're better at QB (one is a bona fide Heisman Candidate and the other is great on paper)
Our fans are better
Our grocery-free stadium is better
Our uniforms are better
Our tradition is better
Their team, the coaches, their small number of fans have ZERO idea what is coming Saturday night
Being a small fish in a big pond means you get to be occasionally cute. They simply NEVER face truly hostile crowds at any stadium because they are Kentucky. They don't see the true Swamp, the true Samford, the true Neyland, the true Bryant-Denny, the true Tiger Stadium. They are not even a big deal at Mizzou or Vandy.
I want to beat them so bad they they don't dare crawl out of the commonwealth again.
It's long past time to take out the trash.
Guarantano is not playing on Saturday. They are not getting gimmes
I want their gay little band and their gay little fight song out of the stadium by halftime.
Screw half a hunnert. These "fans" deserve to live with a hundred.

But I like our chances better if we can do a better job limiting their TOP and yards...I would like to see our D get them off the field quickly at least a couple of times. We score then have the D hold them to a 3 and out and we get the ball back and score again. Do that a few times and we will break their will.

Kentucky wont stop Tennessee whatsoever and the Vols will score around 63 points and Kentucky will score 35 with a few garbage time touchdowns.

they're a confident bunch
UK fans have a much bigger chip on their collective shoulder than UT fans - Vols bring A Game and Wildcats bring A Game and it will be a very solid competition.

Vols
The way I see it:

Vol's A vs KY's A - TN by 14+
Vol's B vs KY's B - TN by 14+
....and so on

Vol's B vs KY's A - very solid competition
