"-In 1996, the University of TN wore illegal cleats in a soaking wet Peach Bowl. Karma is coming."

If your going to make a BS accusation you should at least get the bowl game right. I was at that Citrus bowl when we shut down their heisman winning RB.
So now the weather isn’t the excuse, but it is illegal cleats?? 😂😂

What was their strength of schedule compared to ours? Ours got better after the three cup cakes we played early. I think OSU has really good football team ,but so do we. It should be tight game with the one making the fewest mistakes getting the win. We will have to cutdown on penalties and turnovers to win, which I believe we can do.

According to this article, OSU is 23rd, Vols are 49th.

ESPN has Vols at 28th, and OSU at 20th.

It's a mixed bag.

-Michigan beat us by almost never blitzing and keeping 2 safeties back and baiting us into run into their D line that we couldn't handle. Will Tennessee deploy a similar strategy? I don't know. But if they do blitz us and leave our WR trio in one and ones, I think we should like that. Our OL is better pass blocking than run blocking, and our backs can pick up blitzes with the best of them. I would welcome an over aggressive strategy by Tennessee, but I don't think we'll get it. They are going to play the pass like Michigan and hope OSU still struggles to run into light boxes.

-Tennessee got the worst possible draw in the playoffs. We'll destroy these soft ass fools.
Only 1 WR went off on our team this year, and that was @ Arkansas. Since then our DBs have played pretty well. Our weakness is our LBers, UGA had a great game plan for this, using multiple Motions and different TE sets to have our LBers eyes in the wrong spot and we got tore up because of it. Our DBs are actually pretty good in 1 vs 1 situations. To think our team is soft?????? lmfao.. yall gonna find out why Heupel said Anyone, Anywhere, Anytime. GBO!

I went to rural Ohio before and it is legitimately the closest thing we have to pure dystopia. It was a single road with an hour of corn surrounding the road and nothing else, then a stop sign with a meat store, then an hour of corn. Flat as Kansas without being able to see anything but corn.

On the satellite the county is a yellow square. People make fun of WV but it is pretty with dumb people, Ohio is ugly with retarded people. Every person I met under 30 had Insane Clown Posse tattoos, on drugs, looked like prisoners

I live in the rural Southern part of Ohio. It's the closest thing to East Tennessee with the mountains in the distance. The Northern part of Ohio near Lake Erie is as flat as a plain of glass for many miles.

So, the wind chill in Knoxville was 14 degrees here a while back when Tennessee practiced that morning, and it was cold. They’ve been practicing in cold weather for a while now, and those fans don’t think it has been cold in Knoxville? They have lost their minds.
They dont know any better

I hope their team is as overconfident as their fans and we embarrass them on their home field.

As far as our rushing game being “mid”, there is only one team in the playoffs with more rushing yards per game than us and that is Boise State. I think everyone can agree that we faced tougher rushing defenses than Boise State did.

I hope we unleash hell hounds on them!!!!

Go Vols!!!!
much like rest of season, we've been under the radar. We've only got the best D they've played against, and the best rushing team they've played against. If I'm OSU, I'm not sure I'm thinking any different, but the lack of respect for Vols has been there all season, and yet we keep winning...and here we are. Expecting same result, where everyone's going, "how did that just happen to us...the Vols aren't that good!!!"

I know your area and unless it is flat with corn i don't consider it Ohio. There really aren't any mountains in Ohio, actually there is not a single mountain in the entire state of Ohio, your tallest one is Campbell HILL, there is baby hills beside where Parkersburg is and that is rightful WV clay. In fact, I do not see a single true mountain on the state map. I was near Xenia and it was the worst month of my life. I got lost one time for an hour in corn. When I finally saw a car I forced it to stop and the old people said I take the next left. I said how long. They said the corn will stop for a moment and you'll know, take a left there. If it's not corn it should be annexed by Kentucky or WV

Many Yankees think in "the South" it doesn't go below about 60 or 65 degrees in the winter, like the entire region has Florida weather.

I was talking with a co-worker in Maine last week who asked how the weather had been in Tennessee. I said something to the effect of that it had been cold, but not cold like he was probably used to. He replies "What is the coldest it will get there? About 60?"

It’s hard to compare strength of schedule between teams in different conferences. They are getting credit for playing Oregon, Penn State and Indiana who are highly ranked, but all in their conference. Penn State and Indiana probably wouldn’t be ranked if they played in the SEC.

To reiterate Ohios tallest mountain is 20% the size of Nebraska and Kansas' tallest. I'm not sure if you're trolling me but this is Campbell Hill, the tallest mountain in Oh*o. There is a reason actual mountainfolk in TN EKY VA WV NC NEGA laugh at JD Vance and Ohio people saying they're appalachians
