I’m feel their frustration but Stoops has them competitive - I knew this would be a hard fought game and either team could win. I can remember when I felt like the Kentucky game was a gimme but we were significantly humbled over the last 15 years and Stoops has built a solid program. So now I do see it as a rivalry game but one they have had trouble getting over the hump.

Got to the 2:05:00 mark and watch until TN scores…… the KY fan’s anger caught by the tv never gets old

You can hear him say “we’ll kiss my ass”…. Then “FU”…. Then very loudly “F tennessee they’re all a buncha no good sons a b****es!”

That is so freaking funny lol… I love where they were saying that everyone was going to the Copper Cellar after they got back to Knoxville.. lol good times, good times lol.. and Kentucky is obsessed with us.. thanks for the video.. was an awesome time to be a student there

They have spent the money on a football coach and a BB coach and where has itT gotten them. These guys are average Joe's. Stoops demanded a raise and year end and out states Ky is a Football school. The Pressure is getting to Heupel this year.

Next year CJH will be able to relax a little bit more but the schedule is daunting.

Milton has the physical talent to succeed. He will be drafted and the Pro's will fix it. The best thing about Milton today was throwing on the move.

Defense played Poorly due to coaching. Offense was unpredictable due to Play calling. Red Zone efficiency has to be fixed. This is ridiculous and they are going to have to get creative.
I fully understand running the ball but just don't see running that many times into the teeth of their defense. You mean we can't get around the perimeter? Sometimes? Haven't been impressed with the play calling at all. we could have easily lost this game & I think that IS on the coach.

Stoops has made Kentucky more competitive in this game during his tenure in Lexington.

I never felt at any point like we might lose. I never feel that against Kentucky when we don't have a complete disaster coaching.

We keep having dumb, drive killing penalties in the red zone and scoring spots.

Second drive, Milton runs for a first down, but we get a hold that literally made no difference in the play. Went from 1st and 10 at the 12 to 3rd and 14 from the 28. Led to a fg.

Third drive we never made the redzone, but got a penalty on the OL that made it 3rd and 14. Ended up getting short yardage to get back into fg range.

Next FG we drove 59 yards in just over a minute but ran out of time.

The last fg the OL broke down and Milton got hit 5 yards in the backfield on 2nd down as he ran, and then got sacked on 3rd down.

The final drive, we were playing to burn time then kick a simple FG to go up 2 scores but it wasn't needed.

I didn't see any bad play calls really, just some bad penalties and execution down towards the scoring zone.

Milton was 18-21 and we ran for 250 while averaging 5 yards per carry. Clean up the OL breakdowns inside the Kentucky 30 and we probably score 42-49 points.

As much as I love this, I gotta say the 4-36 line hit too close to home. Since I’ve been old enough to truly watch and appreciate TN football, I’ve seen us beat Bama twice and Florida maybe 5 times.
The last decade plus has been rough, but when I was a kid, a win over Alabama was expected. Tennessee owned the series from 1995-2006. Kentucky hasn’t had that kind of success since the 1950s

We aren’t gonna compete with Georgia and Alabama and Tennessee year in and year out.
We should not be losing to UT every single time

Finally get a good game from Leary and the WR and the defense once again gives up 9000 yards and 100 points. It’s sickening. We can’t even tackle anyone.
Plain and simple. We always lose in the big moments of the game.

We spotted UT 6 points before we decided to show up. I disagree we are good enough. The loss falls on the coaching staff.

Same thing every year nothing changes Stoops beat easy nonconference teams and good or average SEC schools they lose.

it’s what brought Tennessee back from the dead. It’s a shame as Stoops was close to knocking the door down but now we are headed about where we were when he started.
