The other factor is that you can have a fresh set of all American players sitting on the bench but it does you no good if you can't sub them into the game because of Tempo. It is a juggernaut.

My thought is that GA will use the Old Fake Injury Approach.

It's the only chance you got. Glad you admitted it.
National TV audience and it will make you look like whipped puppies.
Also make the boastful fan base look pretty silly that the #4 Defense had to resort to such a tactic.

Doesn't matter either. If Georgia wins out they are in the playoffs. Fans can think what they want. They can't change the record book

Bama had 2 starting DLs that missed the Miss State game after playing out OL. They don’t have anybody on their D close to Will Anderson and he disappeared in our game.
UGA is capable of winning. I do not think they will. They’re gonna find out.

I think both teams will run their QB. My guess is that UGA will run that bootleg with Bennett and give him a run/pass option.

So any thoughts on how to contain Bennett and the Tight Ends in this type of Scenario.

I'm surprised at how little it has happened this year.

I kind of wonder if the SEC didn't warn teams that they were going to take action or even direct game officials to call delay of game or unsportsmanlike when it is obvious... which after a while it becomes pretty obvious.

DL needs to get up field like Mizzou did. Back side end has to stay home and recognize the ball fake.

I also had a thought when someone suggested on youtube that UGA's TE's would force UT to play 3 LBs. What if UT drops Young and Harrison into coverage on the TE's, stays with the 4-2-5... and sends the star after Bennett? You get a good athlete who can jam the TE at the LOS to throw the timing off then a DB with the athleticism to track Bennett attacking the backfield.

I thought about the Jam at LOS did not know what to do with the LBs. Bennett is good on the roll but he is not as fleet of foot as I thought. Re watched the FL game and some of his roll outs were slow and he ate the ball quite a bit. Also made great plays out of it as well but....? I don't mind staying in the 4-2-5 until they prove that they can function against it. It will be a Chess match at the first of this game... Settle in nerves and I think we have the advantage here. We have already been in 4 games of this nature so we will be looser than GA.

I've noticed over the past couple of weeks that GA fans seem increasingly bitter that TN is getting so much love and favorable press. It seems to be killing them that TN has gotten more positive out of their 8-0 start than GA got all of last year with their long awaited NC. They thought their shining moment would be much brighter and long lasting, and to have it eclipsed on the national stage by TN orange is more than they can process.

and that is partially why the pressure is so much greater on GA Saturday.
