I know you're in the heat of battle right now... but I saw one of the youtube shows saying that. It was someone credible like 247's or On3's guys. I believe the specific point was that noise hurt the D when running against tempo like UT runs at times. That would make sense wouldn't it? In tempo, UT uses almost exclusively hand signals from the sideline to communicate plays.who discussed it, Tennessee fans?

Lots of non-verbal signals even at home. They signal in the play as the team is running to the next ball spot. And yet Tennessee offense will be unfazed because they can communicate telepathically.

Also not quite telepathy but UT requires their WRs to do a LOT of coverage reads and option routes. That's one of the reasons they don't sub a lot at WR. Having the QB and WRs on the same page is critical to this O.
So not telepathy... but they seldom actually "know what the play is" when they line up. But from that point forward they have to be reading the coverage the exact same way.
What’s your prediction?I know you haven't been to Sanford when they played a top 10 team, where the crowd really cares, because you guys haven't been ranked that high in a really long time. Tiger Stadium? The game that started at 11 AM? LSU for that game isn't going to be as loud as it will be for this game.
5 ranked team lol. Come on, nobody but Tennessee fans count Pitt, Kentucky, and Florida as ranked teams.. Ya'll are a good team, no need to embellish your accomplishments
