The coaches will decide--and Jones will be accountable for his decision. One factor Jones must consider is how much he wants to try to win this year--say, with Worley--versus giving the younger guys some/more experience. And what if he starts Worley and the Vols are floundering after 5 games? How patient will the coaches--and the fans--be with a QB who is not playing at a high level? Not very: The fans apparently pushed Jones to start Peterman against florida last year, which was a terrible decision. What if Worley starts for say, three or four games, but then another QB is played, and he struggles, too? Then what? It is going to be a trick situation.
