What should Year Two look like?

Anybody calling for a UF win next year hasn't paid attention recently. I don't care how bad they are supposed to be, we lose to those guys. Plain and simple. Will believe it when I see it.

This right here times somewhere north of Seven Billion percent. We should go ahead and start the season with 1 loss given that Florida is on the schedule..... it's an automatic loss no matter where the programs are.

Do you realize that you just sounded like a Kentucky fan talking about playing UT? Stop that. It's a loser mentality.

Mizzou loses a bunch of key players on both sides of the ball btw... I'm just not convinced this staff can do anything about it regardless of what should be a significant talent advantage.

Utah St is 7-4 right now, first in Mtn West division.... not willing to concede an automatic W there. I know that sounds pathetic and pessimistic but.... the last 4 weeks....

Mix in losses to both Florida (that's a given) and Ole Miss at Oxford. At Vandy is more than likely also a loss.

Wins- Utah St (I relented), Arky St, Chattanooga and Ky. Hopefully we steal one from SCar or Mizzou, maybe Vandy.

4-8 or 5-7 again.

all your saying is every team in the country gets better next year except for tennessee. How is that possible?

Doesn't matter what they should be….they will be much higher than they are this year. No amount of marketing will cover slop next year. It is simply the way it is.

Am i just being too optimistic? Call me crazy but for some reason I really feel like with this new recruiting class coming in, and I know they are all gonna be freshmen and you cant expect a miracle from them there first year. I do feel like we will be a more talented team then we have been in a long time though. I also believe that CBJ will have them coached up and ready to play some ball come next fall. I really feel like that we could be in for some surprises next year. We might get a few more wins then we expect.

We need to be upset at whoever in the Administration agrees to our schedules. We have one the most difficult schedules year in and out. We are always getting royally screwed year in and out. It's hard as heck to build a program with that type of schedule.

If next year doesn't include wins over Vandy and Kentucky along with some kind of bowl bid, I may have to stop watching football for awhile.

I would be happy with 6 wins. Anything less is a failure, anything more is a success.

It is almost impossible. We play the number 1 team in the nation and a top 10 OOC team EVERY YEAR. No one else in the country can say that.

Very true but some of our out of conference games could be easier. Like why we couldn't play Wyoming or Idaho instead of Oklahoma.

You better hope a lot of the young talent can contribute right away. Otherwise, another losing season.

Someone should be shot for scheduling Oklahoma. This team needs wins, badly. I hate cream puff scheduling, but this team would fair better by getting notches in the win column, than it would by getting gut stomped by another top tier team.

That simply won't do and I don't understand why so many people seem to think it is acceptable.

These games were scheduled when fumler was still around. Pretty sure OU was scheduled around 2003 or so. I will give jones credit for not backing down unlike dooley who dropped unc the second he got on campus

I predict that UT has a 5-7 year and the Athletic Dept. rolls over, fires Jones as the fans demand, and we start the entire process over again. We can continue this cycle for generations as UT remains the once proud, whipping boy for the SEC.

Sarcasm at its finest.

Watch out for Utah State!!
I posted yesterday that their junior QB had 18 TD's to only 2 INT's.
