Sarcasm? I’d say he’s a pretty solid man of conviction and Ive agreed with him much more than I have disagreed with him

How long between the ruling and him releasing what he clearly knew would be a controversial and factually inaccurate statement? I especially love when you see these statements that espouse wrongdoing in the name of the constitution without providing any specifics or citing what in the constitution is being transgressed. It’s certainly not out of character for him to be an opportunist

So that’s my point I figured this was already a preset play and I’d guess there are a few more.

Also not buying the dismissive tone. If there are more plays and more states pile on like they did on the suit I’d guess some serious discussion gets going.

This could just be some saber rattling to get some potential amendments going. Our election process needs some refreshing.

Not even worth the trouble to debate the likes of you. I know my record in 50 years of voting and that is for reasonable minds. Something that is missing from the Republican Party these days. Until they move back to the middle, they’ve lost me.
In other words until they let democrats pick our candidates, you enjoy socialism and communism so we don’t want you

The law suit filed by the Texas Attorney General for the purpose of overturning the Presidential Election was a publicity stunt, for one party rule and dictatorship.

The purpose wasn’t to overturn an election. The purpose was to force the ejection rules to be legally adhered to. If the outcome is an overturned Biden win, then an actual fraud would be exposed. Both parties should want vote counting to be correct.

The ejection rule was legally adhered to. Trump was legally ejected.

That’s the issue that Texas and the other states are challenging. The 4 states changed their rules during the election and didn’t follow the procedures as outlined in their constitutions. Questioning their methods is the reason for filing lawsuits. Cheaters need to be called out or else they will cheat more.

Except that our very own luther said they want Trump removed by any means necessary.
