They were split on Bailey back in the day as well...I don't think Nico is Bailey but any high ranked QB is gonna get support no matter how good or bad the stater is

Doesn’t matter. If you’re pulling for UT shouldn’t matter which QB is on the field… pull for UT, booing UT players simply hurts UT both on the field and in recruiting.

It’s kind of the same, but it’s an anonymous message board and not in front of your friends, family and being seen by millions of people including people that may want to join Volnation. Some people seem ok with booing our team, they shouldn’t haven’t an issue with being booed on a message board.

I’ve never booed a player. But, I have joined in the chorus of boos in reference to play calling, and dumb coaching. Problem is — there is a chance the players didn’t know who was being booed.

But Dooley, Jones, and Pruitt earned their boos along the way.

I don’t recall anybody ever booing hooker. Or dobbs. Fans for the most part are dumb. When they put a crappy quarterback on the field, that’s always been crappy since he’s been here without giving somebody else a shot… People will eventually start voice their displeasure. It happened when Pruitt kept trotting JG out. And heupel for all the great things he’s done is falling in the same category of continuing to put the same guy on the field when he’s proven over and over again to not be a great player.

Again, fans are dumb. Most people would be willing to potentially take a step back from an experience standpoint to find a QB with a high upside.

Or, they’ll be willing to do so until the backup 5-star makes a mistake because he’s not ready or somebody on the O-line whiffs a block and he blows his knee or breaks something and is lost for the season
