I'm all in on this staff's recruiting ability. The knock on Jones was he didn't have great recruiting classes at Cincinnati. I think he's proven in his short time here that he recruit on a national level at UT.

His coaching ability at the SEC level is a wait and see at this point. The main thing I want to see is improvement. He doesn't have to win every game, but I would like to see us make a bowl game this year. I think that is a realistic goal for this team to accomplish.

This sums it up for me perfectly.

I'm all in. Why wouldn't I be? Who knows what we'll be looking at several months from now, but between now and then I can choose to piss and moan all the way or I can try to join in with the hopeful and excited. Never know, a groundswell of excitement and enthusiasm among the fanbase could be that last little bit that pushes these already fired up kids into doing something really special this fall.

Great post right here. These kids are hungry and will feed off a passionate and invigorated fanbase.

I'm optimistic to see winning on the field, and not the practice field. However, I do like what he's doing, but I want to see neyland rocking again....

I'm all in. I know these guys can coach football because their players play technically sound. I think he can recruit. It will take time, but he can do it.

The reason I picked option 2 is because I felt the same way when Dooley was first hired. Thought things were going well, and we were about to turn things around. But, the fact is it is too early to tell anything. JMO

All in because im a vol and until they prove me wrong they have my support. Im not saying we will be great this year but looks like we have a coach that cant actually coach football and knows how to win.

I guess I am the first to say all in my a**. We have been burned twice now and have heard and seen the exact same thing BOTH times. The proof is on the field and frankly these coaches historically have been schooled by SEC competition in the past. I absolutely am ready for us to win. I still have season tickets, still have my diploma on my office wall, and still wear orange but I am still very tired of being the whipping boy of our conference.

I don't see anything the same. Much less "exactly" the same. lol

Explain your position if you want to.

I'll say I'm finding myself in a unique place. I'm questioning whether things are so much better or is it just me trying to find reasons to be hopeful.

But the interesting thing for me is, I haven't talked to a single person in real life who isn't excited about what's happening.

Just like your foot to 99's azz, I'm all in!!

I look forward to seeing what we have on the field and go from there. Never really sure what all in or not sure means, to be honest. It's been that way since I started watching sports.
CBJ and staff will have my support until I don't feel like giving it anymore. Just as I have done every year with the HC.
I think we have a chance to outcoach someone for the first time in many, many years. Kiffin outcoached Richt one game, but got his butt handed to him by too many others. That's about it.
If we coach better, find a difference maker (#12, imo), and get a damn bounce or two for a change, it'll be fun to see what effort we show and potential.

To me it means...Let's play some damn football.

Thought we were talking basketball since it just ended. Dang I wasted my vote like most Obama drones.

I guess cautiously optimistic would best describe me. I'm afraid to get my hopes up because they've been crushed too many times recently. However, so far so good. CBJ has my full support for at least the next couple of seasons.
