Not only is she a fantastic player, she is also an outstanding human being. Most do not know, because she didn't advertise it, but she would go to the hospitals in Knoxville and visit sick kids and things like that. She gave her ALL for Tennessee and I will always be an Alexa Middleton fan. I simply adore her!

I have always said, if I am in a bad situation, Alexa is a young woman I would love to have by my side! Strong, tough, devoted to LV.

Oh give me a freaking break. Everybody is a quitter. Never quit anything in your life? A job? Are you bound for life to the first person who offers you a job? Or are you free to quit and take another job if it benefits you and your family? Are you bound for life to the first idiot who is willing to date you? Or are you allowed to break up if you aren't happy? People do what is best for themselves and their families. Those 2 don't owe you sh!t. UT got as much out of them as they got out of UT.

yea, I'm here at my sister's. We are having my brother's funeral tomorrow and burial Monday. Weather has improved here this afternoon.

I've quit lots of things. Never claimed to be totally devoted to anything I've quit. The things to which I am totally devoted, I have never and will never quit.

True. They certainly don't owe me a thing and I'd never think they did. Perhaps they owed their teammates and coaches their loyalty. Some players feel they do and give the team their all. Glad we've got ten wonderful players sticking with our school.

You've had quite a change of heart regarding transfers in general and Middleton in particular. Today you say she is a quitter and good riddance. 2 months ago you said this:

I hope Alexa left because she knew she'd have fewer minutes this year since better players would be available. And, I'd leave too if I thought that. She's probably got one year of her life left to really play ball other than rec leagues. She loves to play. Go somewhere to get 40 minutes per game and be a star. Hope it's wonderful for her. And glad it seems the Lady Vols will have better players to put on the floor.

I also noticed you wanted other teams transfers to come to UT. Why would you want another team's quitters?

You also believed Holly was doing a poor job and were/are in favor of Holly retiring, is that correct? Wouldn't that be quitting on her players?

Come to think of it, Candace Parker was a quitter with no loyalty too. Right?
