Kiffin and staff are not in Richmond today. They are all in Knoxville right now. Should hit the road again tomorrow.

Glad to see Kiffin actually take a day at the house. They deserve it, but I'm pretty sure that he called some ppl. Anyone heard where he will be tomorrow?

Just cause he was in Knoxville doesn't mean he wasn't working. He and the staff spent most of the day recapping the visits, discussing where they stand with prospects, and making a plan to go back out on the road. They leave in the morning.

Out of curiosity, how do you get all of your inside information?

You know, I was just thinking about how much happier I am now that our program was no longer in recruiting limbo. When we were waiting on a new coach to be announced I was misserable. It seemed like the period between Fulmer's ouster and Kiffin's announcement took about 8 1/2 months. There used to be about 3 or 4 posts per day on this board during that period and they were usually about who was decommitting. Now look at this board. Who ever said that Kiffin has not brought excitement needs to look around. Football is back on the minds of the BIG ORANGE. I love it.

When does the recruiting dead period start?? I bet Layla wishes she gives birth during that time, so Lane will be at home.

Kiffin was in Ohio today to see DJ Hunter, who is still solid UT. He then met Thigpen in Va. He then went to Pa to see Stokes and rumors have it he met Savage (QB). Don't know though. He is back in Knoxville tonight, supposedly going to NC and SC Thursday. CLK will not be outworked!!!
